Professional Fees and Payment

  • Fees will be as specified in our engagement letter, quote, or service agreement
  • Payment is due as agreed; late payments may incur interest or result in suspension of services
  • We reserve the right to request advance payment or retainers

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. You likewise agree to keep confidential any proprietary information we share with you.

Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are provided “as is” and based on professional judgment and available information
  • We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from our services
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim

Intellectual Property

All reports, documents, and materials prepared by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a license to use them for your intended business purposes.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment or breach of these terms. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.
